The email can be recalled, but you must confrim that the following conditions are met: the administrator has enabled the email recall function for you, and the other party is also the user in the system. The email sent is still unread. If the other party has read it, the recall will fail. Before you recall, you can check the reading status of the other partys email through the "Sent records" in the Recent activity.
Recall process: You must open the mail you want to recall in the sent folder, click the "Recall Mail" button in the upper left corner of the menu bar, the system will automatically pop up the recalingl condition prompt window, click "OK" After that, the system will automatically recall the work and pop up the recall status mail prompt. The recall result will be notified by system mail.
